This is a fan magazine, not a data operation — so our privacy story is short enough to read before your next run. Here is everything, in plain words.
What we keep
One thing only: your answer to the cookie notice, saved in your own browser's local storage under a single key (crosswalk_cookie_choice). Its whole job is making sure the friendly notice doesn't visit you on every page. It stays on your device and holds no personal details whatsoever.
The contact form on this site is a demonstration form. It checks your input in your own browser and shows a confirmation — nothing you type is transmitted anywhere, to us or to anyone else.
What we never do
- We run no analytics, trackers, pixels or advertising scripts.
- We have no accounts, logins or member profiles — there's nothing to join.
- We don't sell, share or trade information of any kind. There is none to trade.
- We set no server-side cookies. The single local preference above is the entire footprint.
Younger readers
The Chronicle is written for a general audience in warm, plain language, as an informational fan project. We collect no personal information from any visitor of any age — quite simply, there is nothing here to collect.
Your choices
